Birth centered support for those who have already done the groundwork and preparation.

The Grounded Package is designed for those who have already done much of the learning, education and perhaps a birth course or hypnobirthing - and are seeking steady, experienced support as they move into birth itself. This package offers the essential Doula care, without the layers of an all-inclusive package, instead focusing on presence, advocacy, and support when it matters most.

This package includes one prenatal Doula Date visit to connect, clarify your birth preferences and discuss key considerations for labour and birth. Together, we’ll ensure you feel aligned, prepared, and confident in your choices as you approach birth.

I am on-call for your birth and will attend your labour to provide continuous emotional and physical support, informed guidance and advocacy within the birth space - supporting you and your birth partner to navigate labour with confidence and care. You’ll also have full access to my Birth Kit, which provides practical tools to support your labour, along with guidance on their use.

Following your baby’s birth, one postpartum visit is included to support gentle integration and reflection, with space for a thoughtful birth debrief as you process and make sense of your experience.

The Grounded Package is ideal for those seeking focused, birth centered support, calm presence, hands-on comfort, informed advocacy and reassurance, without additional prenatal sessions or postpartum services.
